It was a big day for the Sturt Bowling Club on Thursday 12 February 2026.
For the first time, 48 women took to the greens at Unley across the four women's pennants teams, without the need for 'other gender' fill-in bowlers.
Meanwhile, as in the photo above, the men made the sandwiches - Derrick Witt, Mocha Dunstan, Graham Wood and Bob Rutten.
