From the President, Rod Ettridge:
A great night had by all at the Bowls SA Awards Night.
It was wonderful that we had two finalists, Peter Hughes for Coach of the Year, and John Mitchell for Media.
While we may not have taken home the main prizes, the club is rightfully very proud of what Peter and John have achieved.
It was also nice to see a number of our Sturt members in their “cocktail attire” finery!
And Nathan Bassett did a fine job in his debut as MC, while Izzy Trenorden and the team at Bowls SA put on a splendid evening.
