This is the first in a new photographic series entitled Volunteer in focus.
Every bowls club depends on volunteers.
And sometimes it needs volunteers to keep performing the same role for many years; and to perform multiple roles.
Russell Moore easily meets both those requirements, especially as Greens Manager at Sturt Bowling Club since 2011.
He has also worked periodically behind the bar at the club and been the raffle person at Night Owls for many years.
Meanwhile he enjoys supporting other Sturt teams in finals games.
And on the green he is a regular in pennants and Winter Bowls and has made a very impressive shift to using a steel arm.
