The final photo in this set shows Peter Mann bravely bowling in the rain, just before the players were called off the green due to lightning, not to return for the day. Skip Ed Parker was a bit frustrated with the early finish: "Unfortunately the weather turned on us when we were 7-2 up - the team were all playing well and all making good contributions- I think we were heading for a good result - but we’ll never know!" The photos reinforce Ed's view that the whole team were in fine form.
