This piece is written the day before our Christmas Luncheon @ Unley Function Centre, and the day after our epic Friday night "battle" against Port Noarlunga. Hopefully the luncheon was as good as the Friday night game, which had a bit of everything and then some!! As we run into the Christmas break, I really hope we all enjoy the festive season and having a bit of a spell. That's especially targeted to our tireless band of volunteers that are the heartbeat of our club. Should any of you be considering some form of New Year Resolution, then taking on one or more of the many jobs at the club would be an excellent choice. Myself and Gayle are heading off to Scotland for Christmas and January, and I look forward to catching you all when I get back.
