There is a lot to like about Sturt VII. They currently sit in 6th spot with an 8-6 record. Our 5th side sits comfortably in the top 4 and who says the 7th cannot join them. A long shot perhaps but this mob are resilient and courageous.
On Saturday, a magnificent come from behind performance saw us take a 5 shot win over Ascot Park VII. Only one rink up, that sometimes happens and that rink being Giovanni Spagnuolo, Joe Capasso, Wayne Berryman and Jake Ettridge with a 27-6 rink of the day performance.
Spagnuolo & Capasso J, calm and focussed in the front end that enabled Berryman and Ettridge J to chirp up and land some big numbers.
