The club's culture of caring and support extends well beyond the green.
Lyn Witt, along with several other club members including her husband Derrick, has recently undergone surgery.
Lyn would like to sincerely thank everyone at the club who has sent their best wishes and messages of support.

Dear Jo Kirby and SBC Ladies,
To my dear friend Jo a big thank you for organizing the very lovely SBC Ladies for their very generous donations toward the beautiful flowers which you personally delivered to me in hospital following my recent surgery.
They have been a constant reminder of the wonderful friends I have at the The SBC.
I would also like to thank our members for their numerous texts and phone calls.
I have been overwhelmed by the care and support I have received.
Looking forward to getting home and back at the club asap.
