It's certainly been a wet start to Winter, with the resident ducks getting more green time than we bowlers. But during the wintry moments there have been many demonstrations of the warmth that our club can provide to members when things get a bit tough. A couple of articles in this newsletter reflect just how much it means when club members get around each other; great work team. In line with our push for all things work health and safety, the club has invested in a purpose built and fully compliant Chemicals Shed that will soon be installed over near the green keeper shed. This will not only provide the right place to keep the chemicals, but also free up space in the big shed for storage during our rebuild. And finally, I did something that the majority of the planet would think impossible; I fixed something that Puzzle couldn't!!! I won't elaborate but ask the great man what it was...
