Since our Special General Meeting in March, the City of Unley budget process has put forward their contribution to $1 million. This needs to be formally signed off at their council meeting in June to be allocated into the 2026-27 financial year budget. I will keep you informed as further information becomes available.
Our Annual General Meeting on Saturday May 9th is looming fast, and I look forward to welcoming as many members as can make it to what is always an important day for the club.
Finally, congratulations to club champions Jonathan Webster and Jackie Hammond for their outstanding wins. We wish them well in their upcoming Champion of Club Championship games this coming Saturday. Jono is at Rosewater from 9.30 am while Jackie is at Marion, and with a bye in the first round she is due on the green from `12.30. GO STURTERS!!
